Rachel made considerable progress when she went full-time at Fulham, improving her fitness levels to a new high. Rachel won the domestic treble with Fulham in 2002-03 and was named the Nationwide International Player of the Year at the 2004 FA Women’s Football Awards.
After three strong performances at Women's Euro 2005, Rachel earned a summer move to New Jersey Wildcats for the last few weeks of their season and helped secure the W-League title before returning to Merseyside.
