Session: “Successful VOLUNTEER Project Planning”

This session looks at setting yourself management & realistic project goals to help you succeed in volunteering. It also examines how to improve your time management skills and assertiveness to help you succeed with your volunteer project. By the end of the session you should come away with a set of goals, a plan of how to achieve them and a time frame in which these will be achieved. This session is appropriate to anyone who finds time management difficult or who is new to project planning.
