EFDS Regional Development Manager - North West
Salary Scale: £28,172 - £33,291
The English Federation of Disability Sport (EFDS) is the umbrella organisation to the seven National Disability Sports Organisations with the aim of enhancing and promoting sporting opportunities for disabled people.
We have a vacancy in the North West Region for a self motivated, dynamic individual to implement the objectives of the EFDS regional plan including influencing change in aspects of Education, Sport, Community and Empowerment.
You will need to be self-motivated, possess skills in strategic planning, partnership working and the ability to influence and co-ordinate sustainable local delivery. In addition you should have at least three years sports development experience. An understanding of issues relating to participation in sport by disabled people is preferable but not essential.
The successful applicant will join a team of nine other Regional Development Managers (RDMs), each operating out of the Sport England geographic regions.
