The Lawn Tennis Association runs a Tennis Leaders Award designed for Young Volunteers who wish to take on more responsibility in their Club.
Fourteen to 18-year-olds can attend local awards courses and benefit from practical experience. They are given the opportunity to develop their skills and are recognised for their achievements and commitment. Throughout the course they’re encouraged to become further involved in tennis as a volunteer and in the future as a coach, official or volunteer.
