Volunteer Centres
In the realm of sport volunteering, a growing number of links are being made between County Sport Partnerships and local Volunteer Centres.
The Volunteer Centres benefit because they are able to access sporting knowledge and networks. County Sport Partnerships benefit by utilizing the experience the Volunteers Centres have in managing volunteers.
There is the opportunity to promote training and events to both groups of volunteers. Volunteer Centres also have a role to play on the local Sport and Physical Activity Alliances in the north west.
