She also helps out with the local Everton football academy where primary schools come to be coached. She has also regularly volunteered for a local swimming club; giving the young children encouragement and simple advice when swimming.

She volunteers at local primary schools to lead a group teaching fun activities, and helping out in P.E lessons and after school clubs in spare time.

On average Hayley volunteers around 10- 15 hours a week In addition to her volunteering activities she has taken courses such as Level 1 Football Coaching course to enhance her own skills which has enabled her to take on more and more responsibility in her volunteering roles.

Hayley has gained valuable life skills, improved her self confidence and made a huge difference on the lives of the people she supports with her volunteering. Whilst coaching within events like football and swimming she continuously helped the children to lean new skills and gain confidence within themselves.

She helped to put an anti bulling policy together at her local football club to deal with a number of issues which were arising within the club.

The club is based in an area of deprivation and Hayley saw numerous incidents occur which was having a detrimental effect on the membership numbers. Having implemented the anti bullying policy, the club has seen a huge improvement and continues to grow. She has also concentrated on her own personal development, taking courses such as Good Practice Child Protection, Community Sports Leader Award, First Aid and a Level 1 Football Coach Qualification.

Not only has Hayley benefited from the experience, but everyone at the club has benefited from Hayleys commitment, drive and perseverance. She continually gets involved in other activities outside the club and has supported the Local Authority to run sports events in the area. She has successfully helped deprived children to build on their own sporting confidence and also develop their life skills and making new friends.
Hayley has given over 300hours to volunteering within her community and continues to offer her time and never ending commitment to developing sport for Young people regardless of age or ability.
